b) Overview over other costs

We provide you with this information so you can calculate the total costs for your stay in Morocco. The following costs are to be paid at your destination to the respective people offering their services (e.g. landlord). All costs stated are approximated and we cannot guarantee them. Please check the info boxes below each project description and contact us if you are unsure.

• Return travel from central Europe € 100-300 (you book your flight yourself, we will give you advise. There are several low cost airlines flying to Tangier from France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany and other countries. If you book well in advance, you can even get return flights for under 100 €. 

• Accommodation & meals, selected by us as part of the trouble-free package. We can confirm exact costs and availability of accommodation options around 2 months prior to your stay.

Tangier: Single room, approx. 250-300 € per month without meals, In some cases no possibilty to cook. Cost for meals (eating out at affordable places in town), around 200 € per month.

Alternatively, accommodation at a church residential home (room has possibly to be shared with up to 3 further persons) approx. 450 € per month incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free WiFi.  

• Travel health insurance, max. € 30 per month

• No visa fees for most nationalities

• Possibly costs for vaccinations if they are not covered by your health care insurance 

• Local transport max. 40 €/month
