What did you do before starting your work at World Unite!?

Before starting with World Unite! I did a Working Holiday in Japan in 2014. After that I was working for a Japanese e-commerce company in Tokyo. And now I have been with World Unite! since January 2017.

What do you enjoy the most about working at World Unite!?

I enjoy the variety of tasks. Every day is different.

What place in Tokyo you find most enjoyable to spend your leisure time at?

I enjoy spending time in the area around Shinjuku station, the most crowded station in the world with 5 million people using it every day. I spend my leisure time there and I also live there, it's awesome!

What is your favourite local food, and where can it be found?

Sukiyaki, a hot pot dish, filled with a sweet sauce made of sake, sugar and soy sauce. You add vegetables, tofu and meat. When cooked you dip the ingredients in raw egg and eat it. It is served at many restaurants all around Tokyo, but home-made is the best way to eat it.

What should participants coming to Tokyo make sure not to miss?

They should just make the most of their time here. Go out, meet locals, visit as many places as possible.

Do you have any hobbies or special interest, and where can you do your hobbies in Tokyo?

I love all kinds of music, Japanese and other, so my hobby is attending concerts.
