Work with World Unite!
Our global World Unite! team currently consists of around 70 team members from about 20 different nations, collectively speaking 25 different languages.
We are organized in a decentralized way and manage most matters directly in the countries where our programs take place.
We have a low staff turnover – many team members who once chose to work with us have stayed with us to this day. Most of the open positions are therefore new roles created due to the growth of our organization. Since these are new positions, it is often necessary for new team members to “grow into their role” and define their exact responsibilities in collaboration with other team members – taking into account everyone’s strengths and interests. Unlike larger organizations, we do not have pronounced hierarchies or rigid departments with clearly defined responsibilities. You should enjoy working in a dynamic, startup-like environment and be willing to support your colleagues wherever help is needed. Even though we are already in our 20th year and have become a relevant player in our sector, we have preserved our youthful energy that fosters innovation and provides space for the professional and personal development of our team members.
If you don't find a suitable position listed on this page but believe you could be a valuable addition to our team, or would like to collaborate with us in another way, feel free to send your resume and a motivation letter to
For content creators, influencers, and affiliates, we have a separate page that outlines ways you can become part of our community.

In the initial stage, the main focus is on sounds and structures; more comprehensive vocabulary building only sets in after learners have come to grips with the basic principles of the language.
Studying a language is seen an active process that implies the student's involvement in all four competencies - reading, writing, listening and speaking. The institute uses state-of-the-art teaching methods and materials to make sure that the students become self-reliant learners and can independently develop their skills once they graduate from the institute.
The institute is looking for candidates who can teach German at the A-Levels. English skills are an advantage, as in the institute elementary German is mainly taught in English. You will be guided and assisted by experienced teachers. The institute offers safe accommodation and a reasonable stipend for Indian standards to cover your living expenses.
