Why not come to Germany for a Working Holiday, living in vibrant Berlin or staying on a farm in the Bavarian Alps? We can support you with your up to one-year stay in this central European country.
The capital, Berlin, is popular among young people from all over the world as a hub of sub-culture and creativity. Berlin has world-famous electronic music and punk rock scenes.
Besides Berlin, there are many other cities worth visiting, such as Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Leipzig, Bremen, Dresden, Hanover, Nuremberg, etc. Germany has been culturally influential globally, with numerous inventors, philosophers, artists, writers, composers, architects, and industrialists. As a result, there are lots of museums, monuments, and attractions worth visiting in all of these cities. You might even land a job there, as many large and medium-sized companies are based in these cities. You might even find world market leaders in their field in small towns and villages between the larger cities, as large parts of Germany are relatively densely populated and urbanized. Large metropolitan areas such as Rhine-Ruhr, Rhine-Main, and Rhine-Neckar extend over significant parts of western Germany.
Germany has different landscapes, such as the North German lowlands, the North and Baltic Sea coasts in the north, the low mountain range, the Upper Rhine Rift and the Alpine Foreland, and the Alps in the southeast, which also differ climatically and lie in cool (north) to moderate (south) climates. Come and visit the enchanted valleys of the Black Forest, take a ship tour on the Rhine or Moselle River, or hike up to the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle that inspired Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The national language of Germany is German. A large part of the population has at least basic to intermediate knowledge of English. Other widespread language skills in Germany are Turkish and Arabic. 26% of Germany's population has a migration background. Germany is a culturally diverse country.
Currently, we offer two programs in Germany: Working Holiday Support in Berlin and farm work in the German countryside.
